He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lefchick and Anna Lefchick (Gelles); his wife Margaret C. (Dill); and his daughter Laura A. Lefchick. He is survived by: his daughter Theresa L. Lefchick; his grandchildren, Stephanie of Johnstown and Tyler Lefchick of Johnstown; his great grandchild Shaelyn Lefchick; his brother Ronald Lefchick (Ann Marie); and his sister-in-law Cathy Hartless (Dill).
