He was predeceased by: his parent Jean L. Spears. He is survived by: his spouse Leslie A. Sorensen Spears; his daughter Jessica Phillips; his sons-in-law, Adam Phillips, Casey Spears, Tyler Spears and Courtney Keppley; and his siblings, Kenneth, Crystal and Pam.
