She was predeceased by: her husband Richard R. Troutman, Sr.; her parents, Ira W. Moyer and Cora S. Moyer (Troutman); and her brothers, Louis Moyer and Warren Moyer.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon K. Garloff of Myerstown, Nelson R. (Mary Troutman) of Richland and Richard R., Jr. (Sharon Troutman) of Richland; and her brother Stuart Moyer of Richland. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren.
