She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Targosky and Sophie Targosky; and her siblings, Felicia Sharpe (Jerry Sharpe) and Richard Targosky (Geraldine Targosky). She is survived by: her husband Francis; her children, James Weisbeski (April), Dr. Deborah Sims and Charmaine Ruddock; and her grandson Benjamin Sims.

“I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I lived near Debbie and Ben in Franklin, MI for several years. My son, Jonathan, and Ben were best buddies as young boys. I remember Frank and Millie taught Jonathan how to play poker when he was about ten! Frank told me the story of how he met Millie and the love he had for her from the moment he met her. It was a sweet story. Millie was truly an example of a life well loved! May her soul rest in peace until the time of the resurrection.”
