He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Calafiore and Erma Calafiore (Younkins); his wife Anna Jean Calafiore; and his daughter JoAnn Doughty. He is survived by: his children, Sally (Frank Catanese), Nancy Calafiore, Michele (Herbert Eichenlaub) of Erie, PA and Michael Calafirore, Jr. (Adele) of Butler, PA; his grandchildren, Frank Catanese Jr. (Alicia), Jennifer (Blake Stanton), Michael Catanese (Reggie), Justin Eichenlaub (Kate Bergren), Ryan Eichenlaub (Lindsay), David Doughty (Carolina), Sean Doughty, Patrick Doughty and Molly Calafiore; and his great grandchildren, Rorey, Colette Stanton, Hilda Eichenlaub-Bergren, Ryder Eichenlaub and Magnolia Jo Doughty.
