She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Topscher and Irene Topscher (Kucera); and her brother Stephen. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Ling; her children, Joshua C., Los Angeles and Jessica A.; her sister Agnes; and her spouse Stephen Sakmar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
