She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Haywood and Sarah A. Haywood (Hugill); and her husband John W. "Bill" Pernau Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann (James J. Langham), John A. and Gay (Pilon); her grandsons, Benjamin Langham, Anthony and Dylan Pernau; and her great grandchildren, Braelynn Langham and Isabella Pernau. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
