She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mayer and Magdalene Mayer (Kessler); her husband John Niemritz; her son Richard Niemritz; and her brother Edward Mayer.
She is survived by: her children, David Mayer, Bridget Simonovich, Patrick Niemritz and Tracey Ross; and her sisters, Rosemary Grasser and Judy Horner. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
