He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Belz and Estelle Belz (Ashcom); his wife Joann (Williams); and his siblings, Terry and Billie Russell (Bill).
He is survived by: his children, Brian S. (Maryellen Zibura) and Suzann (Aaron Antonishek); his grandchildren, Brandon Antonishek, Justine Brown (Ricky), Nicole Belz (Ron Renwick), Jacob Belz (Megan), Gabrielle Belz and Luke Belz; his great grandchildren, Easton and Isla Renwick; and his siblings, Karl (Jo), Corrine Schmidt (Paul), Sara Penrod (Harry), Janice Legg (Owen) and Judy Price (Ernie).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Hills Ambulance Association or the Richland Fire Department.
