He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fisher and Henrietta Fisher (Jones); his wife Diane Fisher (Stevens); and his sister Georgann. He is survived by: his son Michael R. Fisher (Teri); and his grandchildren, Devin and Abbie Fisher.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Windber Hospice in his memory.
