She was predeceased by: her daughter Janice K. Cook; her grandson Shawn Harr; her brothers, Denver Conrad, Roy Conrad and Carl Conrad; and her son-in-law Phillip Seroska.
She is survived by: her parents, Denver F. Sr. and Edna F. Conrad (Buchanan); her husband David L. Mishler; her child Linda K.; her spouse William Lensie; her great grandchildren, Hunter Shaffer, Tommy Shaffer and Miranda Shaffer; and also, Ross W. Miller, Gloria J. Scott and Donna L. Seroska. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
