It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Thompson of Richland, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Thurman and Vivian B. Sewak (Thompson); and his siblings, Dorthea "Mickey" Baker and Thomas P. Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Thompson; his daughters, June Marie (Lewis A. Cross, Jr.) and Vivian B. Thompson; and his sister Christine Berenstein. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
