He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Kawchak and Anna Kawchak (Rychak); his wife Carol J. (Stafford); his grandsons, Christopher Barefoot and Alexander Kawchak; and his siblings, Anna Kawchak, Alice Hiros, Catherine Salata, Mary Botter, Julia Verhovsek, Stephen, Michael, Nick and John.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ryan, Megan, Matthew and Jenna; and his great grandchild Bryson.
