She is survived by: her husband Michael Potchak; her children, Karen (Mike Velemirovich) of Berea, WV, Paula (Jerry Ripple), Michael Potchak (Sandra) of Karns City, PA and Mark Potchak (Patty); and her grandchildren, Wendy, Michelle, Heather, Scott, Matt, Adam, Tim, Shawn, Joseph, Emily and Carly. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
