It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Washington (Richland, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delroy Slick and Mildred Slick (Buchanan); her husband Joseph F. Washington; and her grandson Shane Douglas Schmidt. She is survived by: her children, Robin and Patricia J; her son-in-law David Schmidt; and her grandchild David.
