It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elfriede Thomas (Richland, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Wilkop and Elsa Wilkop (Bartsch); her husband John R. Thomas; and her siblings, Ellie, Jutta and Gerhard.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Thomas (Linda), John W. Thomas (Tina), Dirk Thomas (Richland Twp) and Jennifer McCormack (Bobby); her grandchildren, Alliy Thomas, Corey Thomas, Richland Twp, Kyle and Meghan McCormack of Ashburn, VA.; her sister-in-law Pat Albers (Bill); her great-nephew Jack of Eagle, ID.; her great-niece Grace of Eagle, ID.; and also Kristen Granger (Brad). She is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
With regard to that, the family requests, that memorial contributions be made to local animal shelters, or anyone in need of God's compassion.
