She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl M. Giffin and Verona M. Giffin (Rhoads); her husband Henry F. Markum; her nephew Craig B. Giffin; her brother Jay E. Giffin; her stepson James E. Markum; her brother Ronald C. Giffin; her nephew Thomas E. Giffin; and her niece Carolyn Lee Giffin.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Hilda C. Giffin of Charleston, WV; her sister Carolyn V; her nieces, Kristi R. Eilerman (Todd) of Findlay, OH and Charlene Giffin of Tire Hill, PA.; her stepsons, Michael F. Markum (Glenda) and Richard H. Markum (Debbie); her daughter-in-law Susan Markum (Summers) of Emporium, PA; and her grandson Christopher James "CJ" Markum of Emporium, PA. She is also survived by 2 other nieces, 5 grandnieces; 3 grandnephews and 4 great grandnephews.
