He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Batiste and Marion Batiste (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Janet (Imler); his children, Donald R. Batiste (Allison), Judy Thompson (Jim) and Eric Batiste (Sunshine); his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Kiersten Batiste, Sarah, Emily Thompson and Kristopher Thompson (Leah); his great grandchildren, Riley and Ella; his siblings, Richard Batiste (Ambra) and Carol Kayworth of Fort Myers, FL.; and his aunt Mildred Hughes of Ship Bottom, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
