Lushko of Johnstown and Carol A Orms (Vore) of Johnstown; his children, Rydan, Gianna and Lilyawna Lushko; his brothers, Chad R. and Thomas R. Lushko (Katie); his nephew Mason J. Lushko; and his friend Jamie Shaffer. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
