He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hull and Helen Walker Hull; his wife Gretchen Heyslerman Hull; and his daughters-in-law, Donna Hull and Jane Hull.
He is survived by: his stepfather Doss Inks; his children, Edward C. Hull, James A. Hull (Joan), Gary D. Hull and Cynthia A. McKowen (John); and his grandchildren, Timothy Hull (Hope), Gregory Hull (Suzanne), Justin Hull (Alexandra), Carey Ostry (Justin), Megan Spinosa (Sal), Matthew Hull, Samantha Hull, Eric Hull, Kevin Hull, Amanda Cuddy and Stephen Cuddy (Jennifer). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
