He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Kozar and Joan Kozar (Weiser); and his daughter Jenna Elizabeth Kozar. He is survived by: his wife Renee Kozar (Oswald); his sons, Craig Kozar (Kelly), Brandon Kozar, Cory Kozar (Nikki Reiser) and Austin Kozar (Alyssa MacDonald); his grandchildren, Aeden of Richland Township, Kellan of Richland Township, Jameson of Richland Township, Reis of Richland Township and Axel of Richland Township; and his brother Timothy Kozar (Tracey) of Cranberry Township, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
