He was predeceased by: his brother George Nicklas. He is survived by: his children, Carl A. Nicklas of Transfer, PA, Daniel Nicklas of Scotts, MI and Deborah Nicklas Hischmann of Greenville, PA; and his siblings, Jean Ansell, Bill Nicklas and Joan Nickel. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
