He is survived by: his children, Randy Kost, Trish Deitke (Brian) of Tire Hill, PA and Lisa LeBlond (Carl) of New Florence, PA.; his grandson Ryder LeBlond (Madelynn Kost); his sisters-in-law, Joann Tibbens (Jim Patterson) and Darlene Carey (Frank); and his nephew Kevin Tibbens.
