It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Coulter of Richland, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray F. Beam and Catherine C. Beam (Conrad); her husband Jean Coulter; her daughter Tammy Sue Cover; and her siblings, Murray F. Beam II, William "Billy" Beam, Betty Foster and Shirley Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Workman, Tania Cover and Tasha Delaney (Drew Rathke); her grandchildren, Courtney Hicks (Corey), Chelsea Weaver (Nate), Abby Updyke (Jeremy) and Paul Zurick Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Coby, Jaden, Lily and Tommy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be directed to Emmanuel Church in memory of Barbara.
