He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kolesar and Rosella Kolesar; his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law Jack Hartland; his brother George; his sister-in-law Carol Kolesar; his nephew George Kolesar Jr.; and his great-niece Lori J. Kolesar (Toth).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kolesar (Miller); his son Matthew Kolesar (Kelly); his grandchildren, Brandon Kolesar (Abby), Daniel Kolesar, Brooke Toth and Kevin Kolesar; his great grandchild Noah Kolesar; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy, Mark Gahagen, Jim and Ann Miller.
