He is survived by: his wife Paula Johnson Franks; his sons, Thomas Johnson (Melissa) of Vestaburg, PA and Bill Franks Jr. (Cara) of Washington, PA; his grandchildren, Kali and Kyla Franks; and his sister-in-law Marie Franks of Denbo, PA..
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home Ltd. (2830 Main St, Beallsville, PA 15313). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Hanson-Cole Fredericktown American Legion Post 39.
