He is survived by: his parent Harriet "Hattie" Lane Carnathan; his spouse Charlyn Smith; his sons, John Bohna (Ann) of East Millsboro, Terry Carnathan of Richeyville and Sean Carnathan (Julie) of Brownsville; his grandchildren, John Bohna and Emily Bohna; his siblings, Walter "Red" Carnathan (Lou) of Penn Craft, James Carnathan (Joyce) of East Millsboro and Patricia Lent (Jack) of East Millsboro; and his brother-in-law Keith Smith of Arensburg.
