He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Westover and Marianne Harrison Westover; his spouse Robin Kaskie; his daughter Angela Westover (Justin Streng) of Homer City; his siblings, Deborah Sayre, Michael Westover (Kimberly) of Pittsburgh, Timothy Westover of Pittsburgh and Daniel Westover (Kathleen) of Pittsburgh; and his pets, Dexter, Beau and Lucky. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
