He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Jenkins, Jr. and Martha Jenkins (Hill); and his siblings, Charlotte Luko and Thomas Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Jenkins; his sons, Thomas Jenkins (Tammy) and Tim Jenkins; and his sister Patricia Hughes. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
