He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Turner Kubicar; his sons, Michael of Deemston, PA and John Kubicar of Deemston, PA; his grandchildren, Craig Kubicar (Lu-Ann) of Lancaster, PA, Mike Kubicar Jr. of Deemston, PA and Melissa (Lidia); his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Elizabeth and Caridee; his great great grandchild Carolyn; and his stepson Sam Turner.
