He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Fowkes; his wife Virginia Fowkes; his sons, Carl Fowkes and Adam Fowkes; his grandsons, Corey, Adam and John; and his siblings, William Fowkes, Andrew Hall, Larry Hall, Audrey Parsons and Sara Montgomery.
He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Fowkes (Wood); his son Harry Fowkes of Florida; his siblings, Douglas Brown and Donna Coxey of Altoona; his grandchildren, Nathan (Erin), Aaron, Jason, Nicole and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Carson, Chloe, Jessica and Noah; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Fowkes, Jr. (Jill), Tom Fowkes, Larry Fowkes (Sally), Linda Moss (Jim), Carol Burgess (Rich) and Gerry Brovey (Mike).
