He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Staley and Elizabeth Kovach Staley; and his brothers, Donald, Frank and Louis Staley.
He is survived by: his spouse Laraine Kime Staley; his children, Tina Renner (Rob) of Fredericktown Pa and Scott Staley of Monessen; his brother George Staley (Dorothy) of Lincoln Park, Mi.; his granddaughter Nicole Poling; and his great grandchild Wrena Seese.
