He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Sr. Woodward and Edna Ellis Woodward; and his brother Robert G.. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Mildred Woodward; his wife Nancy Shelmire Woodward; his son Scott Woodward; and his grandchildren, Carter, Violet and Vivienne.

Contributions in his memory may be made to Addisville Reformed Church, 945 Second Street Pike Richboro, PA 18954.
