He is survived by: his children, Steven Carmichael (Carol) and Lora Leone (Mark); his brother Paul Carmichael; his grandchildren, Jessica Leone (Dave), Gabrielle Leone (Sean) and Evan Carmichael; and his great grandchild Nathan Carmichael. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
