He is survived by: his parents, Robert Zahurak and Susan Zahurak; his sister Jessica Zahurak; his grandparents, Henry and Joan Bretts; and his uncles, Richard (Diane Cain), Rusty (Lori Bretts), Fred (Cathy Zuck), Tony (Anna Ravinsky) and Joseph (Kathy Zahurak).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bobby's name may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 100 N. 20th Street, Suite 405, Philadelphia, PA 19103, an organization of which Bobby was a patient advocate.
