He was predeceased by: his mother Nanci Roberts Collins; and his sister Cindy Ladd. He is survived by: his wife Susan Little Collins; his father Richard A. Collins of Surfside, SC; his children, Michael Collins (Jeanette), Brandi Badulak (Dennis), Nanci Collins, Jessica Hess, Nicole Collins, Richard Collins and Theresa Collins; his grandchildren, Landon, Xander Collins, Avery and Cameron Badulek; and his sisters, Chris Ribbe (Mike) and Cathy Siedlecki (Alan).
Wearing of masks and social distancing is required and occupancy within the building will be limited to 25 guests at all times.
