We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2021, Richard N. Blair in Richboro, Pennsylvania, born in Coal Township, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Constance Amenhauser Blair; and his parents, Norman Blair and Florence Richard Blair. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Sheila Phillips and Christine Blair; his grandchildren, Leah and Donovan; and his sister Rose Stamm. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
