He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Quinn Jr. and Mary Coyle Quinn; and his siblings, William James Quinn III and Maureen Quinn. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise (Stephan Novick) and Patricia (Brian Grissell); his wife Elizabeth; his daughters, Valerie Quinn of Langhorne and Kimberly Quinn (Ronald Swerdon); his grandchildren, Logan, Mia, Cameron Grissell, Benjamin, Alyssa Novick and April Swerdon; and his siblings, Robert Quinn (Phyllis) of Franklin Lakes, NJ and Eileen Monaghan (Gerard) of New Milford, CT. He is also survived by numerous extended family, friends, and Veteran brothers.

He survived many battles in his life but Covid was one that no amount of strength could overcome.
