She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Kruczay; and her parents, Lewis Taylor and Ann O'Neil Taylor. She is survived by: her sons, Frank (Cathy Casper) and Michael (Carolina Casper). She is also survived by her five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Medical Center at Office of Philanthropy; The Sister Clare Carty Conference Center.
