He was predeceased by: his father Emanuel Holtzman; his friend Patrick Mahle; his close friend Jack Weller; and his pet Moo. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Brian (Despina), David (Samantha) and Dara August (Ray); his grandchildren, Kyriana, Khloe, Lily, Rosalie and Kayleigh; and his brother Stephen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
