It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis C. Finlan of Richboro, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol A. Unger Finlan; and his parents, Louis A. Finlan and Fern Yorty Finlan. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Finlan-Dansbury (Matt) of Langhorne; and his grandson Grant. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Women's Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road Bensalem, PA 19020.
