She was predeceased by: her spouse Captain Vincent Joseph Hilser; and her sister Gail Scappaticci (Tommaso). She is survived by: her stepchildren, Ann Marie Hilser, Vincent Hilser (Katherine Lundy), Regina Ulrich (Gerard), John Hilser (Kim), Lisa Heuring, Diana Loughran (Mike), Ellen Burns (Bobby) and Deidre McCloskey (George); and her siblings, Ronald McCann (Rose), Tracy Clarizio (Dominick), Kathy Rios (Joseph) and Sean Flaherty. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
