He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick O'Neill and Catherine O'Neill; and his sister Roseanne. He is survived by: his wife Bella Boyle O'Neill; his children, Bridget A. O'Neill and Joseph P. O'Neill; his daughter-in-law Claudia; his granddaughter Olive; his siblings, John, Dan, Patsy and Kathleen; and his siblings-in-law, Hugh Boyle and Betty Griffin.
