She was predeceased by: her husband E. Allan Cooper; her parents, Henry Wechter and Elizabeth Wechter; and her brother Donald Wechter. She is survived by: her children, Lynn B. Moran (Robert M.) and David A. Cooper (Judith M.); her grandchildren, Robert A. Moran, Kyle D. Moran, Second Lieutenant David H. Cooper, Matthew I. Cooper and Tyler R. Coop; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Dannenfelser; and her cousins, Lynn Fitzpatrick and David Chambers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
