He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mollenhauer and Mary Curley Mollenhauer; and his brother Kenneth Mollenhauer. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kenny Mollenhauer; his children, Matt, Nicole and Leah Mollenhauer; his sister Terry Mollenhauer-Fay (Jack); and also Derek Smith.
