He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Pagano and Rose Masiello Pagano. He is survived by: his wife Margaret McDonald Pagano; his children, Laura M. Dietrich (Richard), Giovanni "John" Pagano, Kelly Pagano and William Pagano (Yesenia); his grandchildren, James A. Smith, Mary, Matthew Smith, Francesco Samuele, Madeleine T. Pagano, Olivia M. Pagano, Jada Rose Pagano and Sebastian Abreu; his great grandchildren, Ethan A. and Alexa Smith; and his sisters, Agatha "Aggie" Ryan (John) and Francesca Brumwell (John).
