He is survived by: his spouse Kelly J. Longshore; his children, Meghan K. Longshore and Charles P. Longshore; and his siblings, Theresa Longshore, Maryanne Colletta and Michael Longshore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, his family has requested donations in his memory be made to support his nieces familiy in their time of need.
