It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille D. Sova of Rices Landing, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Spivey and Martha Spivey (Shields); and her husband Donald R. Sova. She is survived by: her children, Franklin G. Darroch of Durham, N. C., Charles W. Darroch (Bonnie) of Carmichaels, James E. Darroch (Kay) of Newport News and Donna J. Shaffer (John) of Miami, Fla.; her stepchildren, Donald J. Sova (Louise) of Waynesburg, Ronald R. Sova (Lisa Smith) of Reedsville, W. Va, Gregory P. Sova (Tracy) of Masontown, Shawn E. Sova (Lisa) of Washington, Valorie L. Matthews of Dunn, N. C. and Suzanne M. Baker (Dea) of Carmichaels; and her brother Lester Spivey of North Carolina. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
