He was predeceased by: his parents, David Edward Kennedy and Mildred Baer Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Gallagher Kennedy; his children, B. J. Gallagher and Isaac Kennedy; his grandchildren, Gary Marvin Kennedy, Debbie Lightner and Nancy Perry; his brother Larry Kennedy (Susan); his sister-in-law Mary Kennedy; and his siblings, LaVerra Parshall, Norma Renner and David Kennedy. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
