It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Tapper (Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 6, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leon and Donna Lou Tapper (Bowser); his wife Rose Marie Tapper (Panighetti); and his brother Scott Tapper. He is survived by: his children, William David Tapper (Cheryl), Heather Kinder (Robert) and Rosemary Panighetti; and his brother Troy Tapper (Robbin). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren.
